Timeline
Our salesman will introduce himself, inspect your roof, address any of your concerns, answer your questions, explain the roofing system process and teach you about the roofing materials Absolute Roofing uses. Appointments vary in time, though, they are typically 30 minutes to an hour in duration.
At this time, our salesman will meet with you again to discuss the contract. Both you and the salesman will sign the proposal and contract. We ask that 50% of the total project cost be provided at this time to secure your project in our job schedule. The office manager will contact you with an approximate start date and to ensure that projected date is convenient for you.
Your materials and the dump trailer will usually be delivered one day prior to starting or sometimes the same day. Our installers will prepare the grounds and set up safety precautions. After the tear-off is completed, our crew members will inspect the decking and complete any repairs, once discussed with and approved by the homeowner. Next, the new roofing system is installed. Upon completion, our crew will clean all job-related waste. The dump trailer will be removed upon completion of the project.
Upon completion of the job, our office manager will contact you to ensure you are pleased with the work that was completed. Then, remitting the remaining balance is discussed. We can schedule a time to pick up the remaining balance, you can mail in a check or you can pay with your Visa or MasterCard credit card via telephone or online, though, we do charge a convenience fee to process your card.
